The Role

A part-time role to manage AP and AR functions for 3 UK companies and 1 US company.  The role will also include processing journals within the trial balance.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the AP and AR functions for 3 UK companies and 1 US company
  • Reconciling and posting credit card and non-credit card expenses into the accounting system
  • Coding invoices as per the Chart of Accounts
  • Raising sales invoices and managing credit control
  • Recording all bank entries into the accounting system and reconciling each week and at month end
  • Processing journals into the trial balance for the Financial Controller
  • Credit control for the UK company
  • Raising payments by online banking system
  • Assisting with the quarterly VAT return
  • Liaising with Country head on outstanding debtor balances
 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong AP and AR background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in multi-national SME environment
  • Good system skills (excel and word)
  • Knowledge of Sage Live and Salesforce
 

Working Relationships:

  • FD and FC (based in London)
  • UK MD and CEO (based in Hampshire)
  • UK team (based in Hampshire)
