Richard Taylor CEO
Richard joined Lumi in 2011. He was formerly CEO of IML, a leading global event technology business, before it was acquired and merged with Lumi in July 2013.
He is also chairman and co-founder of Halo Post Production and has advised and supported a number of early-stage technology and media businesses. Richard has an MBA from INSEAD.
Simon Bryan Managing Director, Americas
Simon has extensive business development, marketing and operational experience with the application of technology to meetings, events, learning and research. After ten years of supporting global meetings & events clients from the UK, Simon arrived in the US in 2006. As Managing Director, Americas, Simon has overseen the growth of Lumi in the region, both organically and through acquisition.
Rita Baeyens Managing Director, BE, FR, LUX
Rita is one of the pioneers who brought electronic voting to the market twenty years ago. As an early pioneer, she gained over fifteen years of experience in the service for shareholder meetings. Today, Rita is Managing Director for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Business Unit Leader AGM.
Merion Trask Managing Director, AsiaPac
Merion has twenty years of experience in new product delivery and event technology services. Over the past ten years he has launched Lumi’s Electronic Shareholder Meeting service in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong and various European markets. Merion currently serves as Managing Director, Lumi Asia where he oversees Lumi’s growth in the Asian market.
