Events Team


Your dedicated project manager can provide full platform demo's, rehearsals and sort a site visit in the lead up to an event, assisting with the broadcast, be it in-house or external.

Moderators will be given full training whether its remotely or from the control desk, on how to label, group and prioritize messages.  Messages can be directly respond to Shareholders and answers can be proposed to the chair, with complete control over the display queue to assist with alternating written and verbal questions for a balanced Q&A session.

Visibility and efficiency is key for any chair and board to conduct a meeting in an orderly and balanced fashion. 

Lumi's solution takes away the complexity of Q&A by providing a customizable display, with full view of the written messages, and the in-room and online speaker queue.

Poll results can also be displayed, updating in real time, including the proxy results, giving full clarity of the result before it is announced to the audience.

Our registration solutions offer a variety of simple and efficient methods to register shareholders at your meeting, based on their preference. 

The platform also gives shareholders the ability to vote on resolutions, submit written questions or request to speak verbally. Meeting documents can be viewed within the online platform or downloaded to a device.

Site visits can be co-ordinated in advance so we can investigate the venue infrastructure,  talk to IT staff  and test our solutions.

From the point of signing the contract, we can provide consultancy and reports, such as reconciliation, to ensure any data is imported correctly into our system.

The platform can be branded and themed  This can be opened up weeks or months in advance to pre-register your Shareholders or proxies, cast instructions, and submit messages.

Shareholders or proxies can be registered to accounts in-room or online, along with guests. Advanced features such as linking accounts or adding joint holders can be achieved in-room.

Attendance and quorum can be monitored on remote devices so your key stakeholders can stay up to date.

Alerts can be setup and monitored during registration, discreetly informing you when the participant registers.

Accounts can be searched, filtered and sorted. Once found, participants can be registered to a smart device, proprietary handset or paper poll.

Group Poll

Questions can be submitted before a meeting through our proxy platform or put to the live meeting verbally or by written message.

The in-room and online speaker queue including the message board can be displayed to the chair and board of directors on remote devices.

To keep the flow of the meeting, moderators can respond directly to participants or append answers to questions to advise the Chair on how to respond.

Our in-house offering utilizes bespoke production studios, operated by our own skilled producers, to ensure a professional and high-quality broadcast for your meeting.

The broadcast of the meeting can be provided, with synchronized slides and presentation, plus any pre-recorded videos and webcams or fixed cameras.

Additional collateral such as scripts and templates can be provided to ensure consistency across materials.

The Lumi platform has the ability to produce a full suite of reports, at any time, giving a full and transparent record of the meeting while providing an up-to-the-minute view on attendance.

If the broadcast was facilitated by Lumi, a recording of proceedings as well as a copy of all questions received and responses given will be provided as part of the results.

The displays also show the number of registered attendees, votes and accounts represented, total vote capital, and what is represented in-room, broken down by capacity.

All questions put to the meeting are noted, timestamped, and included in the end of meeting reports.
