Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary contact between Lumi and its clients. You will establish positive working relationships with each client, provide exceptional client support and be responsible for the co-ordination of all client activities. Ideally with a background in Share Registry Services or Event Management Services, this is a commercially focussed role, which will play a key part in the future growth of the business.
Product Support Manager
The Product Support Manager role sits within the wider product team, where you will manage support, escalated product queries and issues with a combination of tools, including our Help Centre, email and telephone support. The role is the first point of escalation beyond our online knowledge base and Global Operations Teams for our entire product range.
Azure DevOp/ .NET Developer
Working as part of the Research & Development team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating sustainable Azure environments as well as being the first person supporting live issues with the system.
