Results can be displayed instantly to members in the room as well as on remote members’ devices.

Member questions can be submitted via the Lumi Platform before or during the meeting.

Allow the Chair, Board, or admin staff of the HOA to view, group, or respond to text messages received. Messages can also be grouped and displayed to the Chair via a custom link.

Members that wish to ask a verbal question will be placed in a queue that will be visible to the Chair who can call upon members to speak during the Q&A session of the meeting.

Disruptive members can be blocked, should the need arise.

Lumi can provide onsite or remote broadcast options organized by your dedicated project manager who supports hardware installation, rehearsals, and running of the live event.

Our in-house offering utilizes bespoke production studios, operated by our own producers, to ensure a professional and high-quality broadcast for your meeting.

The broadcast of the meeting can be provided, with synchronized slides and presentation, plus any pre-recorded videos and web or fixed cameras.

Additional collateral such as scripts and templates can be provided to ensure consistency across materials.

The Lumi platform has the ability to produce a full suite of reports, at any time, giving a full and transparent record of the meeting while providing an up-to-the-minute view on attendance.

If the broadcast was facilitated by Lumi, a recording of proceedings as well as a copy of all questions received and responses given will be provided to the HOA as part of the results.
