Virtual AGM Shareholder Support

FAQ

What is the Meeting ID? I don’t have it….

The Meeting ID is the unique, 9-digit number of the meeting e.g. 123-456-789. This number should be referenced in the meeting material which was distributed alongside your login credentials (username and password). Please contact your Transfer Agent or Registrar if you are having difficulty locating this information.

If you clicked a URL to enter the meeting, the meeting ID is the last 9 digits of that URL.

My Control Number Doesn't Work

Please ensure you are entering the control number issued by a Transfer Agent. Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxies will have received this number from the Transfer Agent. If you are a beneficial holder or own your shares through a broker, you will need to get a control number from the Transfer Agent. Otherwise enter as a Guest (if Guest access is offered).

My Username and/or Password doesn’t work…

Please ensure you are entering them correctly, and exactly how they are shown in the pre meeting material. If this still does not work, please contact the meeting organizer.

How do I view/listen to the webcast?

There is a ‘Broadcast’ Panel located at the bottom of the application. Click/press on the ‘^’ icon, which will expand the panel into full screen mode. Here you will be able to access the webcast.

How do I vote?

The Lumi AGM app support two main types of voting; single motion and multi-motion. When a single motion poll is opened, the voting screen will come to the forefront of the device, whereas a multi-motion vote will appear within the navigation menu.

To cast your vote, simply press the voting option which corresponds with your desired choice. All responses will be received in real-time. There is no ‘Send’ button required.

Browser Compatibility

This latest version of Lumi AGM is available as an HTML client (i.e. a ‘web app’) for desktop, PC, mobile web and is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge (Chromium) and Safari.

Please be aware the Lumi AGM app is no longer available in native iOS and Android format. The native apps will still be available within their respective ‘App Stores’ but they are no longer supported. Please ensure that any notice of meeting communications from this point onwards do not contain any details regarding the native apps.

I still need help, what can I do now?
