Solution elements

Smartcard-1

Your dedicated project manager can assist with the attendance list and reconcile the data once it has been uploaded to our systems.

Smartcards can be pre-issued to delegates and distributed in packs to members ahead of the meeting.

Branded instructions and other meeting collateral can be generated and communicated electronically or printed for the delegate packs.

Site visits can be coordinated in advance so we can investigate the venue infrastructure,  talk to IT staff and test our solutions.

Registration is quick and seamless allowing for a fast flow of attendees, minimizing queue times.

Self-service kiosks can be deployed for 'fast track' attendee's, utilizing qr or barcodes to register participants.

A serviced desk can also be networked to manually filter, search, and locate members.

Motions can be configured individually to 1:1 or weighted voting and this is controlled by the information recorded on the smartcard.

Motions can be polled singularly, in groups, or election style in multiple-choice format and displayed as percentages, real numbers, or both.

Motions can be simple yes\no polls or complex elections. Procedural or amendment votes can also be created instantly.

A vote confirmation is displayed to members on their device.

The speaker queue is displayed to the Chair and key stakeholders.

When instructed, the Lumi operator will open the microphone of the selected participant. 

Every speaker is recorded in the end of meeting report.
