Athletes accessed the system by scanning the QR code embedded on their official name badges. A secure single sign-on framework authenticated each individual against the federation’s database before granting ballot access.
The election required athletes to select four candidates from two candidate sets. The entire process and final results were independently audited by one of the world’s leading global auditing firms. Closing ceremony: hybrid ratification delivered with parity
